CRETE. Polyrhenion. Circa 400-330 BC. Hemidrachm (Silver, 15 mm, 2.71 g, 5 h). [ΠΥΘΟΔΩΡΟΥ] Head of Artemis Diktynna (?) to left, wearing triple pendant earring, pearl necklace and with her hair bound up and tied into a sakkos. Rev. Facing head of a bull, the horns tied with fillets. SNG Copenhagen 527. Svoronos, Numismatique 16 and pl. XXVI, 5. Minor porosity and light marks and the obverse struck slightly off center, otherwise, about very fine.
